On the 18th Aug.2019:
We set off on our maiden foreign tour of 50days from IGIA,Delhi to Amsterdam via Dubai(enjoying the astonishing night views of the city below from the Aircraft)to reunite with son Abhimanyu & daughter in law Akanksha who are settled in Eindhovan-Netherlands.We reached Amsterdam and then to Eindhoven (110km away)by train enjoying very curiously the amazing landscapes and tall buildings on the way .In contrast to big cities, Eindhovan city looked a combination of modern metropolis & typically Brabantse ambience burstling with creativity ,innovation& exciting events that merge design & Technology. After reaching Eindhoven & reuniting with the children, we decided to rest & acclimatize ourselves for a few days planning our travel destinations already on our travel list. In this post I will cover our tour to Paris and Brussels only.
On 31/8/19, We took a 3-day Guided bus tour to Paris and Brussels:
We had a marvellous trip to Paris driving through smooth highways and the panoramic countryside. On the way viewed the Brussels Airport and the picturesque landscapes. Reached hotel IBIS & had a good nights sleep after a tasty dinner. On 01/9/19 after breakfast, we set off for visit of Paris city with historical monuments and buildings of architectural beauty. Had an exciting boatride in the river Seine and the mesmerising view of the Glowing Eiffel Tower in the night. It was so very fabulous. On 02/9/19, We went for our Brussels city tour which boasted of great architectural excellence in all buildings & monuments. The tour to Atomium and Mini Europe was very enchanting and a treat to the eyes. The tour was an unforgetable experience .
